Abstract:
To promote energy conservation, carbon emission reduction, and green transformation in the coal preparation industry, and to support China′s “dual carbon” goals, this study addresses the challenges of high energy consumption and inefficient management practices in coal preparation operations. Focusing on energy-saving technical transformations in coal preparation enterprises, this study classifies energy consumption into three categories: coal preparation production, auxiliary production, and affiliated production. From the perspectives of production process optimization and categorized energy management, the pathways for energy-saving technical transformation are systematically reviewed, resulting in a comprehensive technical solution covering process optimization, electricity saving, water resource management, waste heat recovery, and intelligent control. The effectiveness of these energy-saving measures is verified through on-site case studies. The integrated technical solution is applicable to coal preparation plants with different production scales and coal qualities, effectively reducing unit product energy consumption, complying with national energy consumption quota requirements, and providing practical guidance and references for green and low-carbon transformation in the coal preparation industry.
