基于甚高频振荡破膜技术的三质体电磁叠层筛粗煤泥回收新工艺研究与应用

    Research and application of a new process for coarse coal slime recovery using a three-mass electromagnetic laminated screen based on very-high-frequency oscillatory membrane-breaking technology

    • 摘要: 为解决传统粗煤泥回收工艺粗精煤泥灰分高、回收率低以及筛上夹细、筛下跑粗等问题,付村选煤厂开展粗煤泥回收新工艺应用研究,通过采用三质体电磁叠层筛替换原有叠层筛与直线脱水筛,形成“圆锥倾斜板沉淀器+分级旋流器+三质体电磁叠层筛+煤泥离心机”组合新工艺,并配套实施系统扩容、管道优化等改造措施,对粗煤泥回收系统进行改造,并通过对比改造前后各产物粒度组成、灰分等指标来验证改造效果。改造后,该厂粗精煤泥灰分降低2.63个百分点,溢流中 > 0.25 mm粗粒跑粗量下降,入浮物料量减少20%,浮选药剂消耗量减少39%,综合精煤产率提高0.23个百分点,年增收节支约706万元。粗煤泥回收工艺的优化与简化,使生产成本明显降低,粗精煤泥灰分、水分指标得到保证,综合精煤产率明显提高,达到了降本减负、提质增效的目标。该技术路径可为同类型选煤厂粗煤泥回收工艺优化提供有益参考。

       

      Abstract: To address the problems associated with conventional coarse coal slime recovery processes, including high ash content of recovered clean coal slime, excessive coarse particle carryover, low recovery, fine particles entrained in the screen oversize, and coarse particles reporting to the screen undersize, Fucun Coal Preparation Plant conducted an application study of a new process. A three-mass electromagnetic stack screen was adopted to replace the existing stack screen and linear dewatering screen, forming a new combined process consisting of “a conical inclined-plate settler + classification hydrocyclone + three-mass electromagnetic stack screen + coal slime centrifuge”. System capacity expansion and pipeline optimization were also implemented to upgrade the coarse coal slime recovery system. The effectiveness of the modification was evaluated by comparing the particle size distribution and ash content of various products before and after the modification.After the modification, the ash content of the recovered coarse clean coal slime decreased by 2.63 percentage points. The quantity of coarse particles larger than 0.25 mm reporting to the overflow was reduced, the amount of material entering flotation decreased by 20%, and flotation reagent consumption decreased by 39%. Meanwhile, the overall clean coal yield increased by 0.23 percentage points, generating approximately 7.06 million yuan in additional annual revenue and cost savings. The optimization and simplification of the coarse coal slime recovery process significantly reduced operating costs, while ensuring the ash and moisture contents of the recovered coarse clean coal slime and substantially improving the overall clean coal yield. The modification achieved the objectives of reducing costs and operational burden while improving product quality and economic efficiency. This technical approach can provide a reference for the optimization of coarse coal slime recovery processes in similar coal preparation plants.
