邯郸洗选厂重介分选智能控制系统设计与应用

    Design and application of intelligent control system for heavy medium separation in Handan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决重介分选系统密度调控依赖人工经验、检测设备老化、参数反馈滞后等问题,邯郸洗选厂对重介分选系统进行智能化升级,搭建包含设备层、控制层、管理层三层架构的重介分选智能控制系统,部署新型密度计、磁性物含量仪等设备,建立悬浮液密度智能调控模型,实现手动与自动双模式控制。系统投用后,精煤灰分合格率提升14.22个百分点,中煤带煤率降低0.5个百分点,矸石带煤率降低1.6个百分点,介质消耗降低0.15 kg/t,悬浮液密度波动控制在 ± 0.005 g/cm3以内。该系统实现了悬浮液密度的智能设定与调控,完成了从自动化向智能化的转变,为全厂智能化程度的进一步提升奠定了良好基础。

       

      Abstract: In order to address issues such as reliance on manual experience in density control of the heavy medium separation system, aging detection equipment, and delayed parameter feedback, the Handan Coal Preparation Plant has implemented an intelligent upgrade of its heavy medium separation system. A three-layer architecture intelligent control system for heavy medium separation—comprising the equipment layer, control layer, and management layer—was established. New equipment, including density meters and magnetic content analyzers, was deployed, and an intelligent regulation model for suspension density was developed, enabling dual-mode manual and automatic control. After the system was put into operation, clean coal in middlings reduced by 0.5 percentage points, coal in refuse reduced by 1.6 percentage points, medium consumption decreased by 0.15 kg/t, and the fluctuation of suspension density was controlled within ± 0.005 g/cm3. The system realizes intelligent setting and regulation of suspension density, completing the transformation from automation to intelligence. This lays a solid foundation for further enhancing the overall intelligence level of the plant.
