实用新型煤炭可选性曲线

    Utility model coal washability curve

    • 摘要: 目前国内外广泛使用的煤炭可选性曲线主要有两种,即H-R可选性曲线和迈耶尔曲线。为适应现代选煤技术发展需要,文章在充分肯定两种煤炭可选性曲线历史作用的同时,针对二者应用过程中在坐标设置、曲线功能与分布、作图方法、数据读取等方面存在的一些问题,提出了一种实用新型煤炭可选性曲线。与现有曲线相比,实用新型煤炭可选性曲线的结构完全不同:以密度作为基本变量,原理清晰,结构简洁,设置灵活,作图容易,曲线舒展,不仅符合绘图习惯,而且读取数据方便。为检验该曲线的适用性,笔者采用几种有代表性的煤包括密度级级差较小的极难选煤进行了验证,结果表明实用新型煤炭可选性曲线能够满足煤炭可选性评定需求。此外,文章还对现有煤炭可选性等级评定规则提出了建议。

       

      Abstract: Currently, there are two types of coal washability curves widely used both domestically and internationally: the H-R washability curve and the M curve. To meet the needs of modern coal preparation technology development, this paper, while fully acknowledging the historical significance of these two curves, addresses certain issues in their application—such as coordinate setting, curve function and distribution, graphing methods, and data reading—and proposes a utility model coal washability curve. Compared to existing curves, the structure of this utility model coal washability curve is entirely different: it uses density as the fundamental variable, with clear principles, concise structure, flexible setup, easy graphing, and smooth curves, making it not only consistent with human intuition but also convenient for data reading. To verify the validity of the applicability of this new curve, the author tested several representative types of coal, including extremely difficult-to-wash coal with small density grade differences.The results show that the utility model coal washability curve can meet the requirements for coal washability evaluation. Additionally, the paper offers suggestions for improving the existing coal washability grade evaluation rules.
