S-3GHMC1100/910/660型超级重介质旋流器在吕家坨矿选煤厂的应用

    Application of the S-3GHMC1100/910/660 super heavy medium cyclone at the Lvjiatuo Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对原有重介系统工艺流程复杂、分选效率低,严重制约选煤厂正常生产的问题,吕家坨矿选煤厂采用(以S-3GHMC1100/910/660型超级重介质旋流器为主选设备的原煤不分级、不脱泥)重介分选工艺对生产系统进行技术改造。单机检查试验结果表明:分选200~0.5 mm粒级物料,旋流器一段可能偏差为0.023 g/cm3、二段可能偏差为0.031 g/cm3,数量效率达97.07%;分选0.5~0.25 mm粒级物料,旋流器的可能偏差为0.089 g/cm3,分选下限低于0.25 mm。改造后,该厂重介工艺得到有效简化,分选效率也有所提升,总精煤产率较改造前增加1.78个百分点,经济效益良好,为其他类似选煤厂升级改造提供了借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The heavy medium separation system originally used by Lvjiatuo Mine Coal Preparation Plant was complicated in process flowsheet and low in separation efficiency, severely restricting the normal operation of the plant. To deal with the situation, work is made on technical transformation of the system through the use of the S-3GHMC1100/910/660 super H.M. cyclones as the primary separation equipment to wash unsized and undislimed raw coal. As demonstrated by test with a stand-alone cyclone, for washing the 200~0.5 mm raw coal, the E values of the cyclone′s first and second stages are 0.023 g/cm3 and 0.031 g/cm3, respectively, and the cyclone can wash down to a lower size limit of 0.25 mm. Through technical transformation, a remarkably economic result is obtained as evidenced by the simplification of heavy medium separation process, improved separation efficiency and the rise of yield of total clean coal by 1.78 percentage point. The application of the super cyclone provides a reference for plants to make similar upgrading.
