龙宇洗煤厂浮选系统工艺优化探索

    Optimization of the process of flotation system of Longyu Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决浮选系统处理能力不足,主选精煤严重“背灰”等问题,经系统分析,龙宇洗煤厂选用浮选机和浮选柱进行半工业性试验,以探索适合该厂煤泥分选的浮选工艺。半工业性试验结果表明:在精煤灰分低于14%,尾煤灰分大于65%时,生产出了灰分为40%左右的中煤产品。根据试验结果优化后的浮选系统,尾煤产率降低了3.33个百分点,总精煤产率提高了2.15个百分点,吨原煤销售收入增加21.75元,年增加经济效益4 350万元。

       

      Abstract: The problem faced by Longyu Coal Preparation Plant is that the ash of the clean coal product of the primary washing system has to be reduced more than necessary level because of undercapacity of the flotation system. Through systematic analysis of the situation, the plant opts for the use of the flotation cell + flotation column combined system, and semi-industrial test is conducted with the system in order to find out an appropriate flotation process which is well suitable for the treatment of the coal. Test result shows when the ash of the concentrate product is lower than 14% and that of the tailings is higher than 65%, a middlings product with an ash of around 40% is produced. Use of the flotation system optimized based on test result can lead to a drop of yield rate of tailings by 3.33 percentage points, a rise of the yield of the total clean coal product by 2.15 percentage points, an increase of sales income by 21.75 yuan per ton of raw coal, and an increase of annual economic revenues by 43.50 million yuan.
