Abstract: The problem facing Matou Coal washery is that it has fewer operating personnel to handle with the large number of washing equipments. In order to cope with the situation and achieve the goal of enhancing washing efficiency with downsized staff and both automation and informationization level, the innovative GPRS wireless communication and wireless remote control module integrated IoT technology is applied for realizing remote control and viewing of remote washing equipment, and remote monitoring of PLC centralized control system using mobile phone APP.
