石墨化煅烧炉安全运行规律探索与研究

    Exploration of the law of safety operation of the graphitized calcining furnace

    • 摘要: 从无烟煤石墨化煅烧炉生产工艺和煅烧原理入手,针对煅烧炉运行中存在的结焦、上部电极脱落、下部电极倾倒、电气系统故障、炉盖、烟道负压调整不当、炉盖密封不严等生产问题,探索分析了解决这些问题的有效方法与对策,为实现石墨化煅烧炉的安全运行具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: The paper starts with an introduction to the working principle and technological process of the graphitized anthracite calcining furnace, and then goes to analyze the problems ecountered in furnace operation, such as coking, disengagement of upper electrode, toppling over of lower electrode, breakdown of electrical system, misadjustment of negative pressure for furnace cover and flue, untightness of furnace cover, etc.Based on result of analysis, the countermeasures for effectively addressing the above-mentioned problems are proposed, which are of vital significance for ensuring safe operation of graphitized calcining furnace.
