重介悬浮液密度控制系统在太原选煤厂的应用

    Application of the heavy medium suspension density control system at Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了提高现有重介选煤工艺系统介质密度的控制精度,太原选煤厂基于PLC集中控制技术,从自动调节悬浮液密度、煤泥含量控制和合介桶液位控制三方面对重介悬浮液密度控制系统进行技术改造。生产实践表明,通过改造大幅提高了对悬浮液密度的控制精度,降低了介质损耗和运行能耗,取得了良好的社会与经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the medium density control precision of the existing heavy medium separation system, work is made on the technical transformation of the medium suspension density control system based on PLC centralized control technology for effecting automatic regulation of suspension density, control of content of coal fines in suspension and control of liquid level of qualified medium tank. Practice shows that the technical transformation has led to noticeable improvement of medium suspension density control precision, and reduction of medium loss and consumption in coal separation.
