大距离胶带运输机动态调速效益分析

    Analysis of the benefits obtained through realizing dynamic speed control of long belt conveyor

    • 摘要: 为了实现胶带运输机在煤炭生产中的节能降耗作用,在分析影响胶带运输机耗能因素的基础上,研发一种基于视频识别的胶带运输机动态调速系统,并在神华神东煤炭集团哈拉沟煤矿应用成功。以神华神东煤炭集团哈拉沟煤矿104胶带机工程应用为案例,分析了该动态调速系统前后的吨煤电耗指标、胶带机转速等节能效益指标。对比结果表明:在胶带机动态调速情况下,降低了吨煤电耗,实现了煤矿大距离胶带运输机的节能降耗、降损增效的目标。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce energy consumption in operation of belt conveyor,an image recognition based belt conveyor dynamic speed-regulating system is developed based on the result of analysis of the factors attributing to the high consumption of energy. The system has found successful application at Halagou Coal Mine. An analysis is made in the paper,by way of example,of the power consumption data of the Mine’s 104#belt conveyor for conveying each ton of coal before and after its realization of dynamic speed control. Comparison shows that under dynamic speed control,the long-distance belt conveyor can operate with drastically reduced power consumption per ton of coal conveyed,much reduced wear loss and higher efficiency.
