动筛优化原煤准备系统的可行性分析

    Analysis of the feasibility of using movable bed jig for deshaling in raw coal pre-treatment system

    • 摘要: 为了解决原煤中大块物料对选煤厂高产高效生产的制约,在原有厂房结构的基础上,唐山矿选煤厂采用动筛跳汰机排矸系统代替原选择性破碎工序来处理原煤中的大块物料,从原煤煤质、特性以及组成等方面探讨了动筛跳汰机排矸工艺的可行性。生产实践表明:采用动筛优化原煤准备系统有效改善了入选原煤的可选性,大量矸石提前排放减少了进入选煤系统的入选原煤总量,在一定程度上解决了因矿井生产能力提升造成的洗煤处理能力不足问题。

       

      Abstract: Realization of high-output high-efficiency operation at Tangshan Mine Coal Preparation Plant is restricted by the high content of large pieces of coal and gangue materials in raw coal. To reverse this situation and in consideration of the structure of the existing workshop,a movable-bed jig is used in place of the existing selective crusher,and an analysis is made of the feasibility of deshaling with movable-bed jig based on the data relating to quality,property and size and density consist of raw coal. Practice shows that the use of the jig in the raw coal pre-treatment system has led to improved washability of raw coal feed and reduction of the total volume of raw coal for treatment,and the increase of the raw coal output of the coal mine.
