聚力选煤厂干燥车间工艺改造
Optimization of the process of the drying workshop at Juli Coal Preparation Plant

摘要: 针对聚力选煤厂干燥车间存在的问题,采用无烟煤作为干燥车间燃料,制定了多套试验方案指导调试,探索了干燥车间正常运行时燃料煤的发热量、粒级要求等技术指标。经过试验对比分析表明,优化方案满足要求,燃料煤>13 mm粒级含量为60.41%,发热量为19.86 MJ/kg,水分8.15%,链条炉能保证炉膛温度稳定,干燥机入料口温度可达到正常生产要求。Abstract: Anthracite coal is used as fuel for the coal drying workshop of the plant. In order to tackle the existing problems,several testing schemes are proposed for finding a guidance for optimal process commissioning and determining the technical parameters like calorific value and size range of fuel coal required for maintaining the normal operation of the drying workshop. Through comparative test and analysis,the optimal scheme is determined. It is found that when the fuel coal has a content of the + 13 mm size of 60. 41%,a calorific value of 19. 96 MJ/ng and moisture of 8. 15%,the chain furnace can maintain a stable temperature as required,and in this case,the dryer’s inlet temperature is well up to the required level.
