叠层高频细筛在天宏选煤厂的应用

    Application of the laminated high-frequency vibrating fine screening machine at Tianhong Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 针对TBS分选精煤夹带高灰细泥严重,影响TBS分选密度和精煤产率的问题,天宏选煤厂采用ZKJ1007-D5叠层高频振动细筛替代了原有的弧形筛,进行粗精煤泥精细分级和脱除细泥。生产实践表明,改造基本解决了粗精煤泥夹细问题,在保证粗精煤泥灰分的前提下,使TBS尾矿灰分上升10%~15%,精煤产率提升约1%,改造效果明显。

       

      Abstract: The clean coal produced by TBS contains a high proportion of high-ash fine slime. For ensuring the required ash of coarse clean slime,the separation density of TBS has to be lowered down at the sacrifice of clean coal yield. Such being the case,the ZKJ1007-D5 laminated high-frequency vibrating fine screening machine is used in place of the existing sieve bend for coarse clean slime fine sizing and desilting. Practice shows the use of the screen has brought about a remarkable result: the trouble of the presence of high proportion of high-ash fine slime in coarse clean slime has been basically eliminated;while guaranteeing the required ash of coarse clean slime,TBS now works with a much-improved performance as evidenced by the increase of the ash of its tailings product from 10% to 15% and a rise of yield of clean coal by around 1%.
