Abstract:
An introduction is made in the paper to the structural design and working principle of the D5FG1216 laminated high-frequency vibrating screen. For tackling the problems encounted by the plant in clean coal recovery process,improvement of the existing coal cleaning system is made through the use of the above-mentioned high-frequency vibrating screens in place of the sieve bends in current use. Then,a comparison is made of the economic performances before and after the technical improvement. Through the industrial application of the screen in coal slime separation and recovery process,there have been seen a reduction of operating cost and desired desliming and ash reduction result.
