选煤厂钢结构厂房防火和防腐设计的探讨

摘要: 钢结构厂房在选煤厂建设方面应用广泛,但防火性能较差,后期防腐维护成本高。为了解决钢材料自身耐腐性和防火性差的问题,结合钢结构厂房的设计阶段防火设计和防腐设计重要性的基础上,对选煤厂钢结构厂房在防火和防腐设计方面所存在的问题和不足进行论述和分析,探寻增强选煤厂钢结构厂房防火和防腐性能的具体措施,以提高钢结构厂房的性能。Abstract: Workshops of steel structure are commonly adopted in construction of coal preparation plants.However,the workshops of such a structure are low in fire resistant capability and require a high cost for corrosion treatment later. Because of the low resistance of steel material against fire and corrosion,great importance should be attached to fire and corrosion protection in the design stage. An analysis is made in the paper of the problems and insufficiencies in the design of fire and corrosion-resistant steel structural workshops. Following that,the concrete measure for protection of steel structural workshops are proposed.
