驰张筛强化动力煤深度筛分过程的应用

    Application of flip-flop screen for intensive sizing of power coal

    • 摘要: 为了解决李家壕煤矿选煤厂末煤入洗比例和精煤产量较低的问题,结合弛张筛具有筛分效果好、筛面不易堵孔、能耗低、维护简单、噪声低等特点,进行了弛张筛6 mm筛分工艺的技术改造。生产实践表明:在原煤煤质不变的情况下,精煤产率提高到45%,增加了12%,混煤产率下降到37%,下降17%,达到预期改造目的和效果。

       

      Abstract: The proportion of raw coal treated and clean coal production capacity are both low at Lijiahao Mine Coal Preparation Plant. To reverse this situation,the flip-flop screen is selected for use for its special merits of being high in efficiency,low in energy consumption and noise level and convenient in maintenance,and its screen surface is not easy to get clogged up. Work is made on the technical renovation of the screen to enable it to screen at a size of 6 mm. practice shows that for treating the raw coal with the same property,the yield of clean coal is increased to 45%,a grouth of 12% and the yield of blended coal is lowered to 37%,a drop of 17%,well meeting the expected result.
