神东布尔台选煤厂煤泥水沉降复配药剂研究

    Study of slurry settlement using compound flocculants at Shendong Buertai Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 针对神东布尔台选煤厂煤泥水细泥含量高、泥化严重,导致煤泥水处理难度大的现状,探讨了单一絮凝药剂和复配药剂对煤泥水的沉降效果,试验结果表明:对于块煤、末煤系统产生的煤泥水而言,使用单一絮凝剂TDX1215效果最好,但进一步降低循环水的浊度时,药剂消耗量较大;TDX1215絮凝剂和TDN2109凝聚剂复配效果最好,较佳药剂耗量分别为8 g/t、48 g/t;工业试验表明:使用TDX1215絮凝剂和TDN2109凝聚剂复配药剂处理块煤、末煤系统煤泥水时,可将浓缩机溢流水浊度保持在100 NTU以下,同时与原有药剂制度相比,新型复配药剂可节省絮凝剂23%~55%,节省凝聚剂23%~26%。

       

      Abstract: The trouble with Buertai Coal Washery is that the slurry water has a high content of degraded fine slimes and this presents much difficulties for its treatment. A study is made in the paper of the effect of slurry settlement in the case of using a single flocculant or compound agents. Test result shows that: for the treatment of the slurry produced by coarse and small coal cleaning systems,a best settlement result can be achieved with the use of a single agent TDX1215,however,for further reducing the turbidity of circulating water,much more agent needs to be used; and in this case,the combined use of flocculant TDX1215 and coagulant TDN2109 at dosages of 8 g/t and 48 g/t respectively proves to be most effective.Industrial test shows that the combined use of the 2 agents for treating the slurry water from coarse and small coal washing systems can reduce the turbidity of thicker overflow to a level below 100 NTU. As compared with the regime of reagents previously applied,the consumptions of flocculants and coagulant can be reduced respectively by 23%~55% and 23%~26%.
