卧式沉降过滤式离心机转鼓力学性能分析
Analysis of the mechanical property of the drum of screen-bowl centrifuge

摘要: 为了加强沉降过滤式离心机的稳定性,提升设备性能,对转鼓强度和形变进行了研究。在理论分析转鼓结构参数的基础上,建立了卧式沉降过滤式离心机转鼓的三维模型,并对转鼓受到的载荷进行分类和计算,以线性静力学分析为研究方法,以压力容器设计准则为依据,借助有限元对转鼓进行相关力学性能分析。研究结果表明,转鼓的最大应力出现在过滤段转鼓开孔处、溢流堰处及中心轴处,大小为134 MPa,转鼓轴向最大形变位移0.533 mm发生在溢流堰处,径向最大形变位移0.355 mm,位移变形均较小。Abstract: In order to strengthen the stability of screen-bowl centrifuge for improvement of its working performance,a study is made on the strength and deformation of the drum of the centrifuge. Based on the result of theoretical analysis of the structural parameters of the drum,a 3-dimensional entity model of the drum of the screen-bowl centrifuge is developed. The classification and calculation of the loads bearing on the drum and analysis of the relevant mechanical property involved under working conditions are made using linear statics method and finite-element technique with the pressure vessel design criteria as the basis. Result of study shows that: the maximum stress to which the drum is subjected is around 134 MPa which appears at the perforated places of the drum’s filtration section,and at the points of overflow weir and central shaft; and the drum undergoes only negligible deformation-induced axial displacement and radial displacement which are,to the maximum,0. 533 mm and 0. 355 mm respectively with former usually appearing at the overflow weir.
