纳林河选煤厂调试阶段降低介耗的改造实践

    Optimum renovation of medium consumption made at Nalinhe Coal Preparation Plant during its commissioning period-method and practice

    • 摘要: 为了解决纳林河选煤厂在调试初期介质消耗量较大的问题,从生产技术管理、选煤厂设计和工艺设备选型等方面进行了总结,并针对各因素对介质消耗的影响进行了分析,确定了选煤厂工艺系统及生产现场管理优化的改造方案。优化改造后,选煤厂有效控制了介质消耗,减小了生产成本,提高了经济效益,并为该厂后期的稳定运行、高效节能奠定坚实基础。

       

      Abstract: The plant was found to operate with a considerably high medium consumption at its early commissioning stage. Following an investigation into the technical management,plant design principle and process equipment selection aspects,an analysis is made of the factors causing the high consumption of medium. Based on result of analysis,measures are taken for optimization of coal washing systems and operation management. The optimization work has led to effective control of medium consumption,reduction of operating cost and improvement of economic result,providing,therefore,a solid foundation for allowing the plant to operate in a stable,highly efficient and energy-saving manner.
