GBLN3型冷却塔冬季运行结冰分析与解决办法
Analysis of the causes leading to the icing-up of the GBLN3 cooling tower during operation in winter and countermeasures

摘要: 针对屯兰选煤厂压风机冷却系统冷却塔在冬季运行期间存在长期结冰并严重影响生产的现状。介绍了GBLN3型冷却塔的工作原理,并分析冷却塔结冰现象的成因,针对不同形式的结冰现象,采取了相应的防冰措施,同时在此基础上研制了喷淋管装置,并安装在冷却塔顶部和中部相应位置。生产实践结果表明:安装喷淋管的方式避免了因结冰现象导致的恶性机电事故的发生,提高了塔体环境温度,确保了选煤生产的正常运行,极大降低了结冰现象的发生,为解决同类问题提供了参考经验。Abstract: The normal cleaning operation of Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant is severely affected because of the icing-up of the cooling tower of the air compressor's cooling system over a long period of time during operation in winter. Following an introduction to the working principle of the cooling tower,the paper makes an analysis of the factors contributing to the icing-up of the tower. Based on the result of analysis,corresponding preventive measures against the different icing phenomena are adopted,and a spray system is specifically developed. The spray pipes are installed on the top and middle section of the tower. Practice shows that the use of the spray pipes has led to elimination of failure of both electrical and mechanical systems caused by freezing trouble and rise of cooling tower ambient temperature,ensuring,therefore,the normal operation of the plant for the drastic reduction of freezing troubles. The experience gained may serve as a reference for solving the problems of the similar nature.
