蒋庄煤矿选煤厂原煤准备系统技术改造实践
Technical transformation of the raw coal preliminary treatment system at Jiangzhuang Coal Washery

摘要: 针对蒋庄煤矿选煤厂原煤准备系统存在原矸石拣选工艺制约矿井提升、职工劳动强度大、设备故障率高等问题,在生产工艺、设备选型层面分析选煤厂生产系统存在问题的基础上,论述了浅槽重介排矸系统改造的必要性,同时根据蒋庄煤矿的煤质条件、生产要求等实际情况,对重介浅槽技术进行了改造,采取一系列改造措施后,精煤产率显著提升,入洗原煤矸石量减少,减轻了对旋流器、入料泵、筛板以及矸石运输皮带的磨损,提高了洗选效率和原煤单系统处理能力,满足了矿井生产需要,同时节约了材料配件以及修理费用,改造成效显著。Abstract: What was originally used in the plant's raw coal treatment workshop was a labour-intensive hand-picking system which restricted the hoisting operation of the mine and caused a high failure rate of equipment. The paper first presents an analysis of the problems encountered in the coal washing system from the equipment selection aspect,and then elaborates on the necessity of making technical transformation of the shallow-trough dense medium separation system for deshaling purpose. Based on result of analysis and in consideration of the raw coal property and specific requirement,a series of remoulding measures is taken. Practice shows the remoulding work has produced remarkable result-noticeable increase of yield of clean coal,decrease of content of dirt in raw coal feed,less wear of H. M. cyclone,feed pump,screenplate and reject transport belt,increased coal washing efficiency and raw coal preliminary treatment capacity,elimination of adverse effect on mining operation and cut-down of consumption materials and spare parts and save of maintenance cost.
