Technical modification for enhancing the wear resistance of reject chuting pipe at Tongxi Coal Preparation Plant

摘要: 针对选煤厂矸石脱介筛入料管路输送的流体组分较为复杂,管道局部磨损严重的情况,为了提高选煤厂矸石管路的使用寿命,延长矸石脱介筛筛板的更换周期。通过分析物料流动的方向和冲击位置,对工艺管路进行了重新设计改造,对易磨损的位置安装缓冲物料装置,增加了新型耐磨内衬。改造后,改善了管路跑、冒、滴、漏现象的发生,降低了管路运行成本、材配消耗、维护费用以及车间的工作强度。矸石管道使用寿命的提高,为选煤厂提高了经济效益和社会效益,改造具有可操作性和实效性。Abstract: The feed pipe of reject medium draining screen in coal cleaning plant is often seen to suffer severe wear at local points for the reason that the fluid chuting through the pipe is a complicate mixture in nature. In order to extend the pipe's service life and the medium draining screenplate replacement interval,redesign and renovation work is made of the process pipe based on result of analysis of the direction of material flow and the points where the pipe inner wall is subjected to impact. This involves the fitting of buffer mechanism at wearing points and addition of novel wear-resistant lining. The renovation work has led to elimination of pipe leakage and reduction of operating and maintenance costs,consumption of material and labor intensity. Moreover,because of the extension of the service life of such pipes,a favourable economic and social result has been brought about for the plant. The renovation work proves to be practically effective and technically feasible.
