块煤防破碎装置在南梁选煤厂的应用

    Application of the lump coal breaking prevention unit at Nanliang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决块煤入仓前转载过程中存在破碎严重的问题,南梁煤矿选煤厂从碰撞接触力学角度分析了块煤的破碎机理,利用离散元动态仿真技术,对主厂房和压滤车间两处高度差较大的块煤转载环节实施了改造,将原有垂直溜槽改造为采用高位接料式螺旋溜槽。改造结果表明:块煤防破碎效果显著,转载点的噪音明显降低,企业经济效益相当可观。

       

      Abstract: Formerly,the breaking of lump coal was very serious during the process of its transfer into coal bunker. Analytical study is hence made of the breaking mechanism of lump coal from the angles of impact and collision mechanics. Based on the result of study,work is made on the renovation of the 2 lump coal transfer points with a larger height difference( one in the main workshop and the other in filter press shop) using discrete element dynamic simulation technique. The work involves the conversion of vertical chute into a high material receiving spiral chute. Practice shows that the renovation work has led to effective control of breaking of lump coal and noticeable reduction of noise level at coal transfer points,this bringing about,therefore,considerably favourable economic benefit for the plant.
