新元矿选煤厂粗煤泥分选工艺效果分析

摘要: 针对新元矿选煤厂RC粗煤泥分选机对细粒物料分选效果差,精煤质量难于控制的问题,通过对比分析系统中FXJ350、FXG710型水力分级旋流器的分级效果和RC、TBS分选机粗煤泥分选效果,得出:一期水力分级旋流器底流夹杂过多细粒级煤泥是影响粗煤泥分选环节的直接原因,生产中应发挥浮选机对细煤泥浮选的优势,尽量减少进入粗煤泥分选环节的细煤泥含量,以利于粗煤泥分选产品的灰分控制。Abstract: To improve products quality of fines separated by RC coarse slime separator and control clean coal quality effectively in Xinyuan Mine Coal Preparation Plant,classification effect of FXJ350 hydrocyclone was analyzed by contrast with FXG710 and separation effect of RC separator was analyzed by contrast with TBS. The results show that first-stage hydrocyclone underflow carrying too much fine slime affects separation of coarse slime directly. It is suggested to control products ash that flotation machine is preferred for separating fine slime and fines content into coarse separation system is reduced as far as possible.
