Abstract: For the large-scale development of the coal preparation plant,mechanical agitation flotation machine with 28 m³ single flotation cell for coal preparation has been developed by Tangshan Branch of Tiandi Science & Technology Co.,Ltd. via using simulation amplification method. The flotation machine has been widely applied in many coal companies,such as Shanxi coking coal group,Kailuan group and Huajin coking coal group. According to the application of typical users,it can be seen that XJM-S28 flotation machine is well-adapted to coal properties variation,has stable separation index and flexible process,which can satisfy the requirements for medium or large coal preparation plant.
