SKT复振跳汰机分选高变质无烟煤的应用实践

摘要: 为解决北京木城涧选煤厂无烟煤变质程度高、分选密度大、极难分选的问题,通过对比重介分选和跳汰分选对于该厂无烟煤分选适应性,最终确定采用SKT复振跳汰机作为该厂的主选设备。生产实践表明,SKT复振跳汰机对于该厂高变质无烟煤分选效果良好,分选数量效率达91.15%,为高变质无烟煤的分选提供了一条切实可行的有效途径。Abstract: By of comparison of heavy medium separation technology and jig separation technology for washing anthracite that is characterized by high degree of coalification,great separation density and extremely difficult washability in Muchengjian coal preparation plant,it is finally determined to choose SKT complex vibration jig as main separation equipment. The application shows that high efficiency separation can be achieved by SKT complex vibration jig with quality products,high separation accuracy and less loss of clean coal. This method can be used as efficient way to separate anthracite with high degree of coalification.
