化学助滤剂强化煤泥过滤脱水效果的试验研究

    Experimental research on the filter aid to improve dewatering effect of coal slime

    • 摘要: 为改善鸡西荣华矿选煤厂煤泥的过滤脱水效果,以该厂细煤泥为研究对象,在对煤泥基本理化性质分析的基础上,采用凝聚剂型助滤剂、絮凝剂型助滤剂对其进行过滤脱水。试验结果表明:在试验条件下,以凝聚剂型助滤剂Fe(NO3)3和絮凝剂型助滤剂PAM作为联合助滤剂,且药剂用量均为6 m L时,煤泥过滤脱水效果最好,过滤速度达到3.33 m L/(m2·s),滤饼水分最小值为31.33%。

       

      Abstract: To improve quality of dewatering and filtering coal slime in Jixi huarong mine coal preparation plant,fine coal slime was dewatered using condensation-type filter aid and flocculation-type filter aid in the experiment by analysis of slime physicochemical properties. The results show that the best conditions of dewatering and filtering coal slime are the joint use of Fe(NO33filter aid and PAM when dosage is 6mL respectively; filtering speed is up to 3. 33 mL/(m2·s) and minimum moisture content of filter cake is 31. 33%.
