煤样二次炭化试验及其温度场演化规律分析

    Analysis of the post-carbonization experiment and the rule of temperature field evolvement of coal sample

    • 摘要: 为获取与天然煤体高度相似的煤样,以为煤炭深加工利用研究提供原始煤样高仿样品,对人工二次炭化煤样制备方法进行了探索:设计了二次炭化试验方案,并根据设计方案,对炭化过程中的热量传输和温度场的演化规律进行了分析;通过二次炭化试验,成功获取了二次炭化煤样。研究结果表明,在二次炭化过程中,煤样中心温度增长速度是先快后慢,合理的加热时间约为15 000 s。

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain the sample similar to natural coal and provide deep processing of coal with high-quality imitation of original coal sample,the method of preparing artificial post-carbonization coal sample was discussed in this paper and then heat transmission and the rule of temperature field evolvement were analyzed in the process of carbonization based on the experiment scheme that was designed for post-carbonization; Post-carbonization coal sample was acquired through experiment. The results show that the increased rate of temperature in the centre of coal sample was quick before it became slow and reasonable heat-up time was about 15 000 seconds.
