Abstract: According to the problems of the mining,selling and storage of No.4 coal existed in Shenglidong No.2 open pit coal mine,puts forward the methods of strengthening construction organization management of coal working face,establishing coal quality management system,using double drying process and hand picking gangue to improve lignite quality,and also through the package selling,blended with high quality coal,construction pit power plants and other comprehensive measures,so that reduced the production costs,increased sales revenue,reduce environmental pollution,and actively promote the green mine construction.
