Abstract: Based on the characteristics analysis of raw coal quality,combining with the product structure and quality demand,introduced the process design of Jintuo coal preparation plant and its actual application effect.Process system of the factory is simple and reliable,the layout of workshop is compact,main equipment with high automation level,less in investment quick to be effective,energy-saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable,realized wash water closed-circuit circulation.
