Abstract: In order to solve the problems of poor sealing effect,low efficiency of discharge and high cost of maintenance of slurry pump in Tunlan coal preparation plant,trying sealing the TZJD-100-430 slurry pump with mechanical sealing technology.The paper introduced the technical principle,technology characteristics,common faults and solutions,also analyzed the effect of mechanical seal technology in sealing slurry pump and its benefits.Compared with traditional sealing technology,the effect of mechanical seal sealing is better,that helps to improve the field operation environment,effectively solved the problems of high rate of equipment failure and large maintenance workload.
