Abstract: In order to reduce the breaking rate of lump coal in Haiwan coal preparation plant,considered the silo structure method and product loading mode,selected the LX-1000 silo wall small spiral chute as device of preventing lump coal breakage.The paper introduced the structure,working principle,technical features,technical parameters of the LX-1000 silo wall small spiral chute,and analyzed the actual application effect of the chute in the Haiwan coal preparation plant.The application shows that the LX-1000 silo wall small spiral chute can effectively reduce the breaking rate of lump coal,improving lump coal quality and so increasing the economic efficiency of enterprise.
