潘三选煤厂高泥化煤泥水絮凝沉降试验研究

    Experiment study on flocculation settlement of high muddied coal slurry in Pansan coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为提高潘三选煤厂末煤煤泥水沉降效果,以悬浮物初始沉降速度为指标,研究阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺溶液浓度,煤泥水浓度、硬度、温度对其沉降效果的影响,并确定该厂煤泥水的最佳沉降条件。试验结果表明:对于潘三选煤厂煤泥水(浓度为80 g/L)来说,阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺浓度为2 g/L,煤泥水硬度为40 mg Ca O/L、温度为20℃时的沉降效果最好。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the settling effect of small coal slurry in Pansan coal preparation plant,taking the initial settlement speed of the coal slurry water as the investigation indexes,studied the effect of concentration of APAM solution,hardness,concentration and temperature of coal slurry on the settling effect,and determined the best settling condition of coal slurry in the plant.The test results showed that for the coal slurry with the quantity density is 80 g/L,while the APAM dosage with the concentration is 2 g/L,the hardness of coal slurry is 40 mg Ca O/L and the temperature is 20 ℃,the settling result is best.
