Abstract: Technology competition is an important method to do well labor contest in coal preparation plant,and making the reasonable and appraisal standard is the key of technology competition. According to the problems existed in the flotation technology competition of coal preparation plant,from aspects of flotation feed,clean coal filtrate,regent and flotation efficiency,comprehensively analyzed the effect of indicators on the result of technology competition. Through presents using flotation perfect index evaluation,considering reagent dosage,eliminated the disadvantages of the single quantitative index evaluation,standardized the process of technology operation and true reflected the real situation of the post workers operating level,which have a positive significance for improving productivity.
