提高氧化煤可浮性的试验研究

    Experimental study of improving floatability of oxidized coal

    • 摘要: 为了提高氧化煤的可浮性,对氧化煤结构、表面性质进行了理论分析,研究采用物理调节和添加调整剂两种方式来提高氧化煤的可浮性。试验结果表明,浮选前超声波预处理及在浮选过程加入调整剂联合工艺能够很好地改善氧化煤的可浮性,并获得了较高的精煤产率。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the floatability of oxidized coal,conducted theoretical analysis of structure,surface properties of oxidized coal,using two ways of physical conditioning and adding modifiers to study and improve the floatability of oxidized coal. The experimental results show that the combined process of ultrasonic pretreatment prior to flotation and adding adjusting agent during the flotation process can improve the floatability of oxidized coal and obtain a higher yield of clean coal.
