钱营孜选煤厂煤泥水处理药剂制度的试验研究

    Experimental study of reagent regime on coal slime water treatment in Qianyingzi coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 针对钱营孜选煤厂煤泥水难处理的问题,采用不同种类的絮凝剂和凝聚剂对煤泥水进行了沉降试验,研究了絮凝剂种类和添加量、凝聚剂种类和添加量、药剂添加顺序以及药剂复配对煤泥水沉降效果的影响,得出了最优药剂制度。技术经济对比表明,采用该最优药剂制度不仅可以有效降低洗水浓度,将洗水浓度降至4.2 g/L,且可节约药剂成本98.4万元/a。

       

      Abstract: According to the problem of difficult to treatment of coal slime water in Qianyingzi coal preparation plant,take different kinds of common coagulant and flocculant conducted the slurry settling test.The optimum reagent regime was obtain by study of the influence of the types and dosage of flocculant and coagulant,reagent adding order and composite reagent on coal slurry settling effect. At the last,we come to a conclusion through the technical and economic comparison that it can not only effectively reduce the concentration of washing water,but also can save reagent cost about 98. 4 ten- thousand yuan/year after the use of new reagent regime.
