    Analysis of energy consumption of XJM-(K) S60 flotation machine

    • 摘要: 分析了叶轮形式、叶轮转速和叶轮直径对浮选机能耗的影响,并通过对XJM-(K)S60型浮选机样机进行清水试验,研究了风门直径、槽体深度和叶轮转速等参数与浮选机搅拌功率的关系,为XJM-(K)S60浮选机的定型提供了理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed the effect of type,rotating speed and diameter of impeller on the energy consumption of flotation machine,and based on the fresh water test conducted on the prototype of XJM-(k) S60 flotation machine,studied the relationship between the structure parameters such as air gate diameter,depth of cell body,rotating speed of impeller and agitating power of flotation machine,which provided the theoretical basis of product design of XJM-(k) S60 flotation machine.
