泥炭腐植酸制备水煤浆分散剂的试验研究

    Experimental study on preparing of CWS dispersants with humic acid from peat

    • 摘要: 采用正交试验设计方法,通过碱法抽提和磺化两步法用于泥炭生产腐植酸系水煤浆添加剂,得到了较好的工艺参数:对于碱法抽提作业,固液质量比为1∶12,反应温度为100℃,氢氧化钠浓度为2%,抽提时间2 h;对于腐植酸钠磺化作业,亚硫酸钠用量为2.4 g,磺化温度为40℃,磺化时间为80 min。在此工艺条件下,50 g泥炭可生产19.074 5 g腐植酸系分散剂,用此分散剂对神木煤制浆,煤浆浓度为60%,分散剂用量为1%,水煤浆表观粘度为602.1 mPa·s。

       

      Abstract: Using orthogonal experimental design,adopts alkali extraction and sulfonation two step methods to produce humic acid CWS dispersants from peat,obtained better process parameters. In the alkali process extraction,the solid- liquid mass ratio is 1∶ 12,reaction temperature is 100℃,NaOH solution concentration is 2% and reaction time is 2 hours; In humic acid sulfonation process,the NaSO3 dosage is 2. 4 g,sulfonation temperature is 40℃ and sulfonation time is 80 min. under above process conditions,19. 074 5 g humic acid CWS dispersant can be produced from 50 g peat. Using this kind of dispersant preparing CWS from Shenmu coal,when the CWS mass concentration is 60%,The dosage is 1%,and the CWS apparent viscosity is 602. 1 mPa·s。
