Abstract: Analyzed the problems existed in original production centralized control system in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant,described the upgrading of each modular in production system and its realized process,focused on the consist of centralized control network,the FID control of key link of dense medium separation of coal and the linkage control of equipment. The production result shows that,after the renovation,the production centralized control system operated stably,obtained good effect,greatly reduced the production accidence and lower the downtime,which present a better reference big sized and technology complex coal preparation realizing production centralized control.
