超细白泥煤泥水沉降试验研究

    The sedimentation experimental study on coal slurry containing fine white mud

    • 摘要: 鸡西青山煤矿原煤中含有大量灰白矿石,该矿石在水中很快泥化形成超细白泥粉体,形成稳定的悬浮液,导致煤泥水极难沉降。为了解决青山煤矿超细白泥煤泥水的沉降问题,文章针对该煤泥水沉降特性进行了分析研究,结果表明MgCl2和非离子型聚丙烯酰胺联合使用能强化其沉降效果。

       

      Abstract: The raw coal mined form Qingshan coal mine containing a lot of white mineral,which can quick become fine mud when it is in the water,caused the coal slurry very difficult to treat. To solve the sedimentation problem of coal slurry,analyzed the sedimentation property of slurry containing fine mud. The research results showed that the combined use of MgCl2 and nonionic polyacrylamide can enhance the sediment effect.
