基于减少透筛物的动筛跳汰机筛板筛孔形式的设计研究

    Design and study on shape of screen aperture of moving sieve jig based on reducing misplaced material

    • 摘要: 为了研究动筛跳汰机透筛物与筛板筛孔形式之间的关系,对采用方形、斜线形和曲线形筛孔筛板的透筛物形成、筛条及筛板加工和制造、筛板开孔率等情况进行了比较分析,提出了采用圆弧波浪形孔筛板的新理念。实际应用表明,圆弧波浪形筛孔在减少透筛物等诸多方面具有良好的优越性。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the relationship between misplaced material and the shape screen aperture in moving sieve jig,the misplaced material’s formation,the screen bar and screen plate’s processing and manufacturing and the open area are analyzed to square,oblique and curve screen plate here,then put forward a new idea of sieve plate adopting arc-wavy screen aperture. The results show that the arc-wavy screen aperture has superiority in reducing misplaced material etc.
