高浓度煤泥水混凝过程水力条件的试验研究

    Experimental study on hydraulic condition in the coagulating process of high concentration coal slurry

    • 摘要: 针对选煤厂煤泥水悬浮物浓度高、颗粒细小等导致的处理难度大的问题,试验模拟研究了实际生产工艺中浓缩沉降池混凝的水力条件对混凝沉降效果的影响。研究结果表明:高浓度煤泥水的混凝需要分两段进行,且各阶段对水力条件的要求不同,第一段混凝需要合适的水力条件,以便形成足够大小、适当数量的包裹体;第二段混凝需要弱水力条件,以便形成大絮体。得到的水力条件范围是:当第一段搅拌速度v1在100~150 r/min变化时,搅拌时间t1应控制在45~75 s;第二段搅拌速度v2在20~50 r/min变化时,搅拌时间t2应控制在30~60 s。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of high concentration of suspended material and fine size particle in coal slurry in coal preparation plant,which caused difficult to treat the coal slurry,simulation studied the effect of hydraulic condition of thickening pool on coagulation result under the actual production process. The research result shows that the coagulating of high concentration coal slurry should conducted in two stages,and each stage need different hydraulic condition. In first coagulation stage,the hydraulic condition should need the requirement of forming inclusions with appropriated size and quantity. In the second coagulation stage need weak hydraulic condition to obtain big sized flock. The limit of hydraulic condition is that: when the mixing speed v1 varied in the range of 100~150 rpm in first stage,the mixing time t1 should controlled in 45~75 s; and when the mixing speed v2 varied in the range of 20~50 rpm in second stage,the mixing time t2 should controlled in 30~60 s.
