新型高效节能动筛跳汰机蓄能器的应用研究

摘要: 针对动筛跳汰机急回机构在运动过程中速度过快对槽体的冲击以及电流变化剧烈造成的过载问题,在急回机构上安装了蓄能器,使急回机构在筛板下降过程中的能量得到储存,在筛板上升过程中能量得到释放,从而既提高工作的稳定性,又节约了驱动筛板的能耗。装有蓄能器的新型高效节能动筛跳汰机在陕西金万通选煤厂的应用实践表明,该蓄能器达到了节能降耗及提高系统稳定性的目标。Abstract: To solve the problems of speed of quick return mechanism moved so fast in its movement causing impact to tank,overload too violent caused by current changes,the accumulator is installed on the quick return mechanism. The quick return mechanism storage energy when the screen plate decreasing and the energy released while the screen plate rising,which increased the stability of operation and the plate driving energy is saved. This new type moving sieve jig has been successfully used in Jinwantong coal preparation plant,and achieved the target of energy-saving and improve the stability of the system.
