微波技术在煤炭脱硫方面的研究进展

    Research progress of microwave technology in the coal desulfurization

    • 摘要: 利用微波对煤炭中极性矿物的靶向吸收效应及微波环境下极度活跃的分子键合作用,可使煤中含硫部分发生脱硫反应而将硫分脱除。微波脱硫对煤基质不会产生影响,微波与磁选、酸洗、碱浸、氧化、微生物反应或超声波作用相结合,作用于含硫特征不同的煤,可使煤炭脱硫效率有不同程度的提高,反应条件更加温和。但微波脱硫设备的不完善,对脱硫机理认识的不全面,尤其是对"非热效应"认识的局限性,是微波脱硫工业化应用的强大阻碍。深入研究微波脱硫机理、优化微波脱硫工艺、开发高效工业脱硫设备是微波脱硫技术发展亟待解决的问题。

       

      Abstract: The targeted absorption effect of microwave acting on polar mineral in coal,combined with the extremely active molecular bonding effect under microwave environment,can remove sulfur by the desulfurization reaction. Microwave desulfurization has no effects on the coal organism,microwave combined with magnetic separation,acid washing,alkali leaching,oxidation,microbial reactions or ultrasonic wave acting on the coal which has different sulfur characteristics,desulfurization efficiency will be improved by varying degrees,and reaction conditions will be milder. However,the imperfection of microwave desulfurization equipment,the incomplete comprehension of desulfurization mechanism,especially the limited comprehension on"non-thermal effects",cast dramatic shadow on its industrialization. To development of microwave desulfurization technology,the deep study of microwave mechanism,optimization of microwave desulfurization process,development of efficient industrial desulfurization equipment are the problems should urgent solved.
