象山选煤厂浮选工艺流程优化的探索与实践

    Research and application of optimizing of flotation process flowsheet in Xiangshan coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 为解决陕煤韩城矿业公司象山选煤厂(以下简称象山选煤厂)加压过滤机工作效率低、处理能力小的问题,对该厂浮选工艺流程进行优化,在原浮选系统基础上增加浮选精矿浓缩桶、快开精煤压滤机、电动闸板及喷淋水装置,同时加强职工业务技能培训。生产实践表明:通过对浮选工艺流程优化,不但使象山选煤厂洗选效率和精煤产率得到提高,而且保证了生产系统运行的稳定性和炼焦精煤产品质量。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problems of low working efficiency and processing capacity of hyperbaric filter in Xiangshan coal preparation plant of Hancheng Mining Co Ltd,added the clean coal thickening tank,quick-open clean coal filter press,electric damper and water spraying device into the original flotation system to optimize the flotation process,meanwhile,strengthen the technical training of workers. After the optimizing of flotation system,the washing efficiency and clean coal yield both increased,and ensured the stability of the production system and quality of coking coal.
