磁选效果影响因素的试验研究

    Experimental study on factors influencing magnetic separation result

    • 摘要: 为提高磁选机的磁选效果,对不同磁性物浓度的磁选机入料及其尾矿进行磁选对比试验,并对使用不同磁性物含量的磁铁矿粉作加重质时的磁选尾矿进行磁选对比试验。试验结果表明:在试验范围内磁选机入料磁性物浓度在180~205 g/L时,磁性物回收率最高(在99.80%左右);作为加重质的磁铁矿粉磁性物含量越高,尾矿中介质损失越小。试验结果对重介选煤厂改进磁选机入料条件、合理选择磁铁矿粉、降低介耗具有一定的指导意义。

       

      Abstract: To improve separation efficiency of magnetic separator,magnetic contrast tests was conducted for the feed and tailing of magnetic separator,which materials has different magnetic concentration,and magnetic contrast test also conducted for tailing of magnetic tailing that produced from dense medium solids contenting different content of magnetite. The tests results showed that,in the test range,when the magnetic material concentration of feeding between 180 g/L to 205 g/L,magnetic material recovery rate is the highest which is about 99. 80%; and the magnetite powder content is higher,the medium loss is lower. The result has certain guiding significance to improve magnetic separator feeding conditions,reasonable choice of magnetite powder and reduce medium consumption.
