粗煤泥棒磨产物粒度分布特征

    The product’s size distribution of coarse slime of rod mill

    • 摘要: 在磨矿过程中简单调节磨矿时间和磨机转速就可获得所需粒度组成的产品,从而了解不同磨矿时间和磨机转速下粗煤泥棒磨产物的粒度分布特征。以试验室棒磨机为研究对象,在对不同磨矿时间和确定磨机转速下粗煤泥棒磨产物粒度分布规律的研究基础上,建立粗煤泥基于时间的<0.25 mm和<0.075 mm粒级产物的磨矿动力学方程;在同时改变磨矿时间和磨机转速的情况下,可得到不同时间和不同转速下产物中0.075~0.25 mm和<0.075 mm粒级的产率,根据最小二乘法原理建立磨矿时间和磨机转速与上述粒级产率的回归模型;通过该模型可计算出不同磨矿时间和磨机转速下该粒级的产率,并对其进行预测。

       

      Abstract: In the grinding process,we could obtain the desired particle size composition of the product by simply adjust grinding time and speed of mill,so realize the size distribution characteristics of coarse slime in the different grinding time and speed of mill. Conduct the rod milling experiments in the laboratory for study,on the basis of effect of grinding time and rod-mill speed on the rod-mill product size distribution of coarse slime,established the time-based grinding kinetics equation of-0. 25 mm and-0. 075 mm; then change the grinding time and speed of mill together to get the yield of the particle size of-0. 075 mm and 0. 075 ~0. 25 mm,according to principle of method of least squares to create the regression model of grinding time,speed of mill and the yield; according to the regression model we could get the yield of the particle size in any one grinding time and speed of mill,and we also could observe the trend of its forecast.
