多破少磨工艺在水煤浆制浆中的应用研究

    Study and application of more crushing and less grinding in preparing of coal water mixture

    • 摘要: 分析了水煤浆厂高浓度磨矿制浆过程中的能耗环节,基于降低磨矿能耗考虑,对多破少磨工艺的理论依据和理论计算进行了论述,并对多破少磨工艺应用于水煤浆制浆过程的可行性进行试验验证。试验结果表明:多破少磨工艺不但可节约水煤浆制浆过程中的能耗,而且有利于生产优质矿浆。

       

      Abstract: The paper analyzed the energy consumption in process of preparing high concentration coal water mixture,based on the consideration of energy saving of grinding,described the theory basis and theoretical arithmetic of more crushing and less grinding process,also test and verified the feasibility of applying this process in preparing of coal water mixture. The test result shows that the more crushing and less grinding process can save energy in preparing process,and beneficial to produce high quality ore pulp.
