Abstract: Introduced the current situation of sump slime dredging in Huoerxinhe coal mine,and the composition,process and equipment selection of the quick dredging system,also presents the running effect of the dredging system in Huoerxinhe coal mine.The application practice shows that,compared with the original artificial dredging system,the time of dredging reduced from 3 months to 32 days,amount of labor used reduced from 2700 to 256,the number of car used for transporting the slime reduced from 1500 to 1000,which can save the production cost about 5.6 million Yuan（RMB） per year.
