Abstract: Described the structure and working process of quick open clean coal filter press,introduced the reformation of clean coal dewatering system with quick open clean coal filter press in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant,especially the improvements made for the working mode of filter press,feeding method,feeding pump and hinged motor in the process of adjusting,which improvements adapted to the dewatering of sticky material.The application indicated that the quick open clean coal filter dewatering ability is strong,effect is good,and the power consumption is low,achieved better application result.
